2.1 By accessing the oke3 Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the oke3 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and oke3 in relation to your use of the Platform.
2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. However, note that commercial use of the Platform is prohibited — oke3 is intended exclusively for individual, personal recreational use.
2.4 oke3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.
⚠️ Age Restriction: The oke3 Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. Registering, depositing, or wagering if you are under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms and is prohibited under Philippine law.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the oke3 Platform, you must:
3.2 oke3 shall conduct age and identity verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal request. You agree to provide accurate personal information and valid government-issued identification when requested. Accepted forms of ID include Philippine driver's licences, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, PhilSys National ID, and Philippine passports.
3.3 oke3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including but not limited to requests for proof of source of funds, in compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
3.4 Where oke3 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, oke3 will immediately suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority where required.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered account on the oke3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, oke3 reserves the right to: (a) close all duplicate accounts; (b) void any bonus credits obtained via duplicate accounts; (c) withhold or confiscate balances held in the duplicate accounts; and (d) permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. oke3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify oke3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and to update your account details promptly if they change. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. oke3 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email or mobile number. Fees will not reduce the balance below zero.
Before oke3 processes your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo ID; a selfie photograph holding your ID; proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name); and, where required by law, documentation evidencing source of funds.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oke3 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, CLiQQ (7-Eleven), and GrabPay. Accepted methods are subject to change at oke3's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.
5.3 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is detected, oke3 reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the deposit, and require the refund of any winnings derived from third-party funds.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. oke3 targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's systems, applicable verification requirements, or technical issues outside oke3's control. oke3 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. oke3 will not process a withdrawal if: (a) the KYC verification process has not been completed; (b) there is an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement (the portion of the balance corresponding to the active Bonus Balance is unavailable for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met); (c) oke3 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; or (d) the account is under investigation.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the oke3 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso. oke3 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No foreign exchange conversion is applied — only PHP transactions are accepted.
5.7 Transaction Finality. Confirmed deposits are generally final and non-reversible. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact oke3 support immediately via live chat. Chargebacks initiated directly through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting oke3 will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 oke3 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional offers to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In case of conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement multiplier (e.g. 10×, 15×) specifies the total value of real-money bets that must be placed before any winnings derived from a Bonus Balance become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 15× wagering requirement requires ₱15,000 in total bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met.
6.2 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. oke3 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded, had their accounts restricted, or are in breach of these Terms are not eligible to claim bonuses.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, or both: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; (b) placing bets in such a manner as to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (e.g. placing opposing bets on the same outcome); (c) colluding with other players; (d) exploiting software errors or underpublicised promotions; and (e) any other conduct that oke3, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be manipulative.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements expire at the time stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Balances are forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. oke3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to honouring claims already made by eligible Players before the withdrawal date.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the oke3 Platform is governed by its own set of rules as published by the relevant game provider. By playing a game, you agree to that game's rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the records held on the oke3 Platform and the respective game provider's servers shall be deemed definitive.
7.2 Random Number Generators. All slot, table, and crash games offered by oke3 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. The use of RNG technology means that every outcome is statistically independent of all prior outcomes.
7.3 Return to Player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages across a very large number of game rounds. Individual session results may vary materially from the theoretical RTP. RTP figures are derived from provider certification data and are accurate to the best of oke3's knowledge.
7.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the Platform will attempt to complete the round in progress using the last valid instruction received from the player. Wagers placed before disconnection are binding. oke3 is not liable for losses arising from network disruptions outside its reasonable control.
7.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, oke3 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a documented system error or software malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
8.1 oke3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. oke3 operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines applicable to Philippine online gaming operators.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it takes effect immediately and oke3 will take all reasonable steps to close the account and block access within the shortest practicable time. Self-excluded Players will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating new accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke3 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
10.1 All content on the oke3 Platform — including but not limited to the oke3 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software interfaces, game content licensed from providers, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of oke3 or its respective licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software; or (c) scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform without express written consent from oke3.
10.3 The oke3 brand, logo, and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or content not offered by oke3 without prior written authorisation.
11.1 The oke3 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
11.2 oke3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings due to platform downtime; loss of data; emotional distress arising from gaming outcomes; or any damage caused by third-party payment provider delays or errors.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit oke3's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11.4 Where oke3's liability cannot be entirely excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your oke3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losing money is a normal outcome of gambling activity. oke3 does not guarantee winnings of any amount and is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through gambling on the Platform.
12.1 By the Player. You may close your oke3 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, all valid outstanding balances (Real Money Balance only, excluding any Bonus Balance not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC verification.
12.2 By oke3. oke3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where oke3 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (c) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to oke3; (d) required KYC or AML checks cannot be completed to oke3's satisfaction; or (e) the Player is under 21 years of age.
12.3 Following account termination by oke3 for cause, any Bonus Balance and winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance will be forfeited. The Real Money Balance may be returned at oke3's discretion subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks.
13.1 oke3 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oke3 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or account notification inbox.
13.2 Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. Your continued use of the oke3 Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you disagree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.1.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.
14.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Players should contact oke3 support via live chat or email at [email protected] and provide a clear description of the dispute. oke3 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) days.
14.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the period stated above, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.4 Regulatory Escalation. Players who believe oke3 has failed to comply with applicable PAGCOR regulations may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through official channels.
